i prefer the uk plate shape, makes the car look wider... besides, its goin for a full respray soon and i will do all the flushing myself so effectively what ever i do will be free :)

done a quick photoshop of a uk spec rear end with the centre brake light removed and the fog lights flushed... do you think it looks any better or just a waste of time? i think with the 99spec lights in there it tidys it up a treat :)

the two tone nearly works, but it is ruined where the front wing meets the door and the paint line is disturbed, it has to follow the bonnet and imo looks unprofessional. if they lined up it would prolly look ok but nevertheless, its not my milk 2 sugars :) no offense meant to peeps who have done this... (as i hide from stella!)

thats a fair point. tbh i dont really need them as i was only being lazy to find out what brightness leds need to be used to make them road legal as iv already essentially built the cluster, i just need to solder the leds in. nevertheless the ball has got rolling and its gonna be trial and error from here, iv taken the test cluster into the avionics workshop at work to test lots of different leds until i get the desired finish. i personally love the design of the standard z clusters but the light distribution across the diffuser lets it down and so i think this is another subtle mod to make that love or hate rear end look nice and crisp.
