i agree, but at lest it gives a little time to actually learn to drive and as you say being the kid, first passed your test, first car, showing off... still a very dangerous situation even with next to no power but it goes a little way to help.

id say... new driver first passed test regardless of age - up to 1.4 with no more than 100hp... after 2years no limit.

100% agree with Z32Dave! your points are all valid as to what you are trying to achieve but incorrect in the way you want to do it. imo Z32Dave is right it needs to be a legislation... such as the limit on bike power when you first pass your test 125cc + 33hp iirc? the system would not have to be complicated and would go a long way to stop...

the clock watcher who clocked the locked clock thread has been locked up. the non clock aware clock locker has locked the clock thread to stop the clock so to clock the forums clock and catch up with the non locked clocks.
