  1. you did heat the manifold and not the stud right? could have done with some freezer spray for the stud. either way, whats done is done so good luck, hope you got some decent drill bits :)
  2. we dont have kids at present but thats the reason we are going for a dog of good temperment, for the future.
  3. or for some people, theres only one tool...
  4. theres only 3 things from this pic that you need to work on cars... obviously the baulbauls are a must for every garage, the relief felt when breaking a baulbaul with your bare hands or throwing it at the wall helps you to carry on with the pita job you keep f'in and blindin at for another half hour or so! :mac1:
  5. where are you planning on putting the electric fan and that washing basket, the drawers dont look deep enough? im a young pup at 25, iv had a zeus book since i was 16 and use it nearly every day! i also binned a load of whitworth spanners before i moved to stansted b4 xmas, there was so much of it i just took the whole box down to the the scrappy and left them the lot including the box!
  6. idd he prolly will, put an advert in the 'items wanted' section, plenty of peeps breaking cars atm can help you out :)
  7. lol cheers chap... im finding very few breeders selling via the KC webby. i found a webby called epupz.co.uk. they have a much larger selection and most pups on there are KC registered. been reading about gettin a cage too, seems like a good idea. Joel
  8. ;) sorry mate, cant help, im sure somebody will be able to help you shortly :)
  9. The mrs and myself are looking at buying a golden retriever puppy, does any1 have any advice on where to buy from, recommended breeders etc, what to look for, how to train/raise the puppy well and any other related information you have for owning and buying a dog. Cheers in advance for your help, Joel. :)
  10. sounds like a defective stork to me :)
  11. already spoken to lee, hes on the case for me. just looking at other potential options :)
  12. i have literally just got off the phone to neweraimports... they service they offer looks excellent, the only thing that worries me is that you put all your trust in them to buy the one for you... you only find out what you are gettin once they have bought it! as markzx said and i had the impression that you would be sent photos to consider before the auction but according to them this is not the case, they buy what they think (from your specification) you want and then send you details. any further advice on this matter from any1 would be appreciated, some1 should make a post like this in the FAQ's section and sticky it :) Joel
  13. does any1 know how accurate the tracker cameras in the police traffic cars are? a friend of mine was caught doin an average of 112mph by one (the cop told him that they locked the device onto his car and they didnt even need to be in view of him to get speed information! do these exist?)... admittedly this case is different to yours scrawni as he was actually travelling at that speed (he was doing 130+ but he slowed down to make a phone call  )... if he was to do the same thing, requesting calibration certificates of the device etc is there a chance he could wriggle out of it? bare in mind he cant claim he wasnt driving as the copper pulled him there and then! any opinions?
  14. sheesh! that could have been nasty :(
  15. you could always buy mine... and re-paint it ;) nice clean looking car you found there bud, good job :)
  16. the more you have to replace, the newer it will be and the less to go wrong in the future (in theory) ;) if you need a set of springs, i think i have a standard set lurking about sumwhere, yours for free if ya want them :)
