  1. The photographer that is arranged to snap the shots for Z008 is going to be doing a mini photoshoot of my car this evening in our hangar... assuming we get the aeroplane out in good time... Il post some piccies up here if we get a chance to do it so you can have a teaser of the quality of the pics you can expect over the weekend. He will have the facility to print various size photos on the day and super large photos to order, there will also be lots of other things such as keyrings etc. You will find that the prices he charges are very good so make sure you come armed with the readies to get some top notch professional shots of your beloved beast! Please be aware that 10% of everything he makes on the day will go to the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity. http://www.bpimages.co.uk
  2. congrats me old fruit! howz the situation on the work front over your end?
  3. the RC900 is basically a rust converter... you will apply it to rusted areas before applying your underbody sealant or cavity wax... so basically, if your car is a uk spec... get 2  otherwise im sure 1 will be sufficient.
  4. i can highly recommend this stuff... imo a much better product than waxoyl. i use the same brand (dinitrol) on airbus and boeings, allbeit a different spec and the military use that very same stuff on all their vehicles. if you going to attempt to protect your car yourself i would recommend going for this rust proofing kit which includes eveything you need including the RC900 in aerosol form or better still, if you have a compressor go for this kit... HTH
  5. cheerZ chap... if there are any problems with chris' brake upgrade i will let you know for japfest if thats ok :)
  6. looking good gumball...
  7. bugger guys.... he hasnt left after all ;) :p
  8. Twas a J reg with big wheels (looked like multispokes but not sure as you were driving) and i think it had enzo rear lights from the quick glimpse i caught of the rear end... this was on the dual carriageway near tescos...
  9. Does any1 have a pair of front brake discs... or even all 4 discs, but primarily the fronts that are known not to be unevenly worn or warped etc that i could possibly borrow for some fault finding? Ideally you would be going to Z008 so i can grab them off you then? cheerZ in advance :D
  10. just about to go to yeovil in somerset so iv got to be nice to the zed so she doesnt play up! the pc has been ripped out atm so iv just gashed in an old head unit which is powering 1 tweeter, the #2 coilpack connector and the left hand folding mirror... pretty good these kenwood things. stay in your homes... chriZtine is about to cause chaos!
  11. you cant vote for me... im not the weird one... its you lot that are weird... i mean you all go to sleep @ night :wack: how weird is that? though in all seriousness tea tastes lovely sucked up through a twix...

  13. im the one on the edge... if you look carefully you can see that im thinking about world peace and them little cheese sticks used for stirring up pond weed and typing keys when your fingers are dirty...
  14. this is no good for underseal though...
  15. i assume all the bulbs are working on the drivers side too?
  16. try wiggling your hazard switch...
  17. the c2 boys invaded the meet we had here... what is confusing is that you managed to find it on a c2 club website  :smw:
  18. the uk delivered price for the boxes is a bit ott for what they are... there are many places in the uk that could knock you something like this up with ease without the hassle of shipping from the us. im toying with the idea of re-designing my install shortly and if i do, il aim for a similar style to these. though i dont have the need for 2 subs so, on one side the box will be for a sub and on the other will either be for the amps and the carpc or just a storage compartment... the main reason why i am attracted to the idea of 1 each side is to continue the design of the box through the rear speaker mount flushing it off level with the box. that way the choice/availability of rear speakers is infinate as they can just be mounted on the box... not keen on the amp storage area for the 2+2's as it removes too much usable space in the boot.
  19. im pretty sure you can use the same map types that another popular sat nav proggy uses tom... i mean steve ;) iirc you just need to edit the file type extension. pm for additional info please :p have you used the digital-car forums?
  20. whats the damage on a set of these out of interest danny?
  21. im sure i speak for every1 when i say... i wish i could do more :D
