wasnt 95 the change over period from hydraulic to electric? maybe your falls just before?.. has yours got one of these...

iv insured mine as a fiat uno 1.0 ie... seems to have made a difference to the premium...

its the kappa 52.9i... the older version is the 52.7i which is the range you linked to. i google it every day in the morning and evening to see if there are any stockists yet but no joy. iv contacted a few audio companies to enquire and they are not sure.. was kinda hoping some1 here might have some inside information... and i was bored last night posting rubbish all night!

on my old zed the alternator belt started to sqeal so i bought a new set of belts... it continued to squeal :rolleyes: then when i had a closer look in the area i noticed that the power steering reservoir, where the 2 hoses come out of the front were slightly moist by the clamp and all the way down the hose... i tightened the old girls up a bit and hey presto, after a few miles the squeal had gone :D this oil you found could simply be the residue of a small leak from that area... worth a look, simple fixes are v nice ;) you might notice that you have to keep topping up your power steering fluid every now n again and that the hicas light is illuminating on the dash if this was the problem?

perfect timing for harman kardon to release a new range of infinity kappa speakers as i need a set for the rears... and thank god they actually look nice this time round as they will be visable inside on the rear quarters!... compared to the old style kappas which looked all space age and chavvy :rofl: they are cosmeticly very nice imo... anyway, i want some of these yesterday, is any1 in the know of when these will be available to buy in the uk? there are a few select places in america that sell em but the cost of shipping makes it ott... cheerZ
