Whirlwind Christmas...
Thanks all :-) lol, good luck over the next few days matey, keep us posted :-) Your turn next? (with caz not Kaz lol) Unplanned like a typical marriage, we went to register the birth of the boy and decided then to get hitched, we had to wait 16 days for our bands to be read, so 16 days later there we were! Lots of friends and family made for a bloody great day :-) we've been together for 10 years now so I guess it's about time!

career change
Ello Bri, happy Yule, hope you and your lot are fine and dandy... It depends how you go about it but yes it's generally v expensive, something you need to persue from the off to spread the cost. Though I start a new job soon which may give me an avenue in but my soul would be property of the devil lol!

career change
If I had the time I'd like to do a commercial pilots licence... Ive fancied a career change for some time now; something more secure would be the main reason as I don't mind what I currently do for a living. I just can't think of anything else that I'd rather do otherwise i think I would have changed careers a while. I recently did a part p leccys course which is ok I guess but until I have my little sideline business up n running next year I'm doubtful of whether I'll go full time with it.

Calipers grrr
just put the standard rears on for the time being and when the time comes that you've sourced the rears you want, then change them. no need to hold up the build for them? the 350z rears are more trouble than they are worth and you're relying on the skills of the welder to ensure a trouble free future!
-
Attn Andyp
dont mention 350z rears to andy.... you'll give him a psychotic episode!

can u tell me?
tell us more about the misfire... is it a random misfire or a consistent, rythmic cylinder drop misfire? does the rpm drop when you remove the cap, if so, from what, to what? have you ever replaced or cleaned the pcv valves?

Private number plates - love em or hate em?
i have to admit, i am one of these losers! i have a 3 as an E :blushing: and the text is in the wrong order so doesnt actually make sense lol! i dont love them, i'll take mine or leave it. i have to agree with car mad that a plate can, in a strange way, add something or look good compared to others. also, my original plate meant i had to have the rear jspec size plate over 2 lines, whereas my plate can fit in 1 line on the rear in legal size font. then again, no matter what excuse i offer... i agree i am still a loser :surrender: i saw that exact plate on a pt cruiser a few years back... it had a load of airbrushed musical symbols all over it.
