  8. Hi all. I have recently purchased a new aluminium radiator and fitted it. However it seams to hold a pressure when cold. I have taken off the overflow pipe to the expansion tank and blown down it but can not get any air to flow down it. My question is that is this pipe blocked thus not allowing pressure out? (or does it have a valve?) Should it be free flowing? Thanks Mike
