there are a few pipes under the throtle bodies too matey lot of fiddly work there, i cleaned mine without taking them off. just used a screwdriver to hold the throttle bar full open and away u go with the carb cleaner and tooth brush, im sure there is a how too link somwhere not where though!!

i had this when the breathers sticking out of the cam covers had come out and were jaming against the throttle, very intresting when i overtook a lorry and i was stuck on full throttle!!

i had a leak on the turbo oil return pipes check those matey, your sure you not smoking on overrun, put some newspaper under the zed try to pinpoint where its coming from

check the colour of yer springs black are standard im sure, and any aftermarket will be red or yellow or some other funny colour!!

yeah deffo the best option i keep the zed for weekend and nice days and insured on classic for £300 so i use the audi for a runaround, petrol will be stratospheric for ya expecially if u use optimax like most here do
