  5. slipped in nice and tight :tongue: it was baisically the same shape as the se-nissan shitty maxiflow intake that was made of plastic, so i just made it out of stainless instead with a few alterations :smash: but yeah its a great fit, i wanted the filters to point upwards because of the horror stories about some zeds sucking up water, :cool:

  8. well my father came round the other day with the buffer & did a fantastic job need to wax it now, bought some meguars carbunara wax to seal in the shine :tongue:
  9. well im getting there slowly guys, new hard pipes fitted, new chrome pas pot, new blue silicone rad hoses on the way cheers smithy :dance: polished plennum, my handy work along with the polished rocker covers blue silicone piping & blue sleeves for the wiring ;) hope you like it.
  10. also from stainless, a plate to hold the oil cooler & autobox cooler & the p/s cooler, notice i have staggerd the coolers for better air flow :tongue:
  11. made this for the zed thanks to dany at dta for supplying the stainless goodies :dance: i had the se-nissan intakebut it was shitty plastic so i fabricated one from stainless ;)
  12. i dont think that the wrc has a good system of keeping the occupants cool, as its fully stripped of everything, so the roof scoop is there to aid the driver & co driver stay cool, thats my opinion anyway LOL!!

  16. with boost up to 15psi are you using 555 injectors guys or is the stock ones still up to the job??

  21. oh dear, more & more people are breaking there zeds :o but its understandable with the expense of stripping the engine out & rebore, well its decision time, while the engine is out forged internals & bigger tubs, now is the time if you wanted to go that way, some very helpfull zed mechanics here why not ask them for a quote then you can decide which way you want to go :tongue: i have a spare tt engine that i have stripped down to do a full rebuild but i dont have the time to carry on with it, comes with new piston rings & valve stem oil seals if your stuck. good luck matey :)
