whoa :x: is the stock rad better than a koyo?? i have removed the aircon rad, was thinking of an electric pump to flow the water around like the one they have here http://www.demon-tweeks.com/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=DCP8015 so what are your thoughts guys??

gents, hope you all enjoyed the zparade lap, :bow: after i got back to the carpark i opened the bonnet & wow was my engine hot, was'nt overheating as the temp gauge was below half, i have removed the aircon rad to aid cooling, what else can be done to aid cooling in the zed, im getting a koyo soon, so what else can be done barring vents :hyper:

i use mirroring raid its where you have 2 harde drives & 1 coppies the othere all the time if one failes you just pop a new one in & start the mirroring again & away you go

swap all your coil packs round i.e 1,3,5 swap to the other side 2,4,6 if the miss fire is then on the other side of the engine its your coilpack!!

my mechanic told me that blue smoke is oil that has been burnt in the cylinders, grey smoke is oil that has been heated up in ther exhaust i.e turbo end seals!! does yours smoke on overrun, i had this it was sticking piston rings, overrun is where you take your foot off down hill, then when you accelarate again you get a big puff of blue smoke!!

my personal opinion is, any machine shop worth its salt would never hand back a damaged component, sorry to say but they sound like butchers!! expecially what you said about the knife edge!!, is trhe crank still balanced?? listen dude you have paid top dollar for what was prommised a good job from a reputable machine shop, & i know the rebuild has been dragging on but its the main component in the engine & its the one thing that will f@ck up if it isnt 100% take it to another machine shop see what they say!! best of luck fella.
