im going to be changing my clutch soon! while the gearbox is going to be out i want to install a short shifter. yea exactly where i put it perfect fit :) but its mounted a bit higher than norm because of the intercooler pipes. im hoping this will be ok its about 5-6 inches higher than the norm position! think i might of done a wrong thing and bought a 6 puck paddle clutch.still havent got round to getting it fitted yet with various other bits lol

gd old manual ive located the oil cooler to a better place now with air ducts since installing the front mount intercooler.is that enough?

well im on around 70 ish mark now! with regular oil changes. ive always had the boost set at 14 psi on manual bleed valves before no more than that so hopefully ill be ok then :) is there any other problems i should be worring about with these mods? regards dan

no worries.new since off the road * front mount intercooler* twin air filters* de-cat koyo rad* hardpipe kit/samcos apexi avc-r boost controller 14/15 psi* ecu chip (cecil sport)*

ok thanx think i would change them aswell sounds like its the safer opsion.the other thing im worried about now is will the stock internals cope with the injectors change and my previous mods. im hoping to finish with the engine once ive changed the injectors. regards dan

right im a little confused now! so if i buy pre 94 spec nismo 555's i wont need a fuel rail/border kit? can you still buy this version new? also by not having the fuel rail/border kit on my zed what problems will it cause?? regards dan

ok i think 550's should do lol. is there any other brands cheaper than nismo but good enough for the job? also sounds like i wont be needing the 300 degree fuel rail either then (save some money :)) i also need prices wheres best to look?? regards dan

hi peeps. ive bought a second hand oil pressure guage (not fuel) as i got confused before :dance: i was advised to buy a oil pressure sandwhich plate which i recieved 2day. after speaking to a mate of mine he told me this is no good as my guage is electronic and not manual?? then told me to wire my gauge into the standard oil pressure guage wiring on the speedo is this true? all i thought i had to do is buy a oil pressure sender unit now to screw into the sandwhich plate am i right? regards dan

i wanted to do the same take my windows out for a better job but once i priced the windows up in case they broke as i was told more than likely they would! i quickly changed my mind i was quoted about £645 fitted from auto glass and that was with 10% off for being a AA member. if you have a decent sprayer who knows wot they are doing you shouldnt notice the difference.

ok thanx, i was confused in thinking maybe the ecu had been chipped in my car all along to reach that sort of power. not knowing you could run that much on a standard ecu. ive already upgraded the suspension with coilovers and a hi-cas remover think the brakes should be the next step but theres so many opsions ?? regards dan
