  1. There are a few 2jz conversions, but apparently they are very tricky.
  2. Can confirm its the Japanese sticker you get when purchasing an OEM timing belt, it tells you date and odometer, and yes you get an English one also.
  3. I guess they cant have the R33 and R34 so they put the RB26 in the Z to make it the next closest thing.
  4. I did also hear that but I'm going to edge my bets and use lots of wd40 to attempt to remove it, if not i guess i will just have to go and buy one. source: (the pulley just slid right off)
  5. I can't remember if a have a torque wrench or not but doesn't the pulley bolt have to have a specific torque to tighten to?
  6. Would you advise 5w40 or 10w40 then?
  7. Thanks groover, I'll check that out
  8. I was researching how to replace the cambelt and I read that if you have an auto, to remove the crankshaft bolt you need to take the starter motor out?? Surely there is a better way to sieze the engines rotation.
  9. Phew, weird colour for a primer. whats happening underneath in the gap?
  10. whats with the brown paint? guide coat? i hop its not going to be brown :scared:
  11. Good impression or do they slate it?
  12. Thats the problem, the main market for Z32's is not collectors and so there is a small demand for mint condition ones.
  13. Completely stock with 15k miles and mint condition, i think you have a gem mate. it would probably be worth around £10k but whether someone would pay that i don't know. so probably a bit less
  14. If you have a multimeter you can check if there is current coming through and if the right resistance if that helps
  15. Congrats mate
  16. Good progress it sounds like :), it might be an idea to start a new thread as so its now in the newbs section anymore. It would be good to see some pictures of any progress you have made.
  17. Where'd you order them from Rich?
  18. Lol, WD40 and some elbow grease should do it usually I guess if they're scrap anyway might as well cut the bolts off.
  19. That sounds rotten, hopefully you can salvage some of the engine upgrades (injectors, fuel rails, chrome intake, coil pack brackets etc.) to put on the blue (soon purple) one. Either way you will have yourself a nice shiny v6 coffee table
  20. Yes I just read that, Nissan also used the headlight in the r390 race car.
  21. The diablo's headlights are so similar that when you order replacement headlights for it, they come from nissan.
  22. He only joined in August and selling already?
  23. Hi Andy, if you are looking for a replacement fuel ecu there was one £20 posted on the Facebook group. https://m.facebook.com/groups/215788968551866?view=permalink&id=719665928164165
