I bought the usb version from the same guy on ebay (he is the only uk authorised dealer of blaZt), and without a doubt it does what it says, i also got DATASCAN and DATALOGGER software included so no messin around. as datalogger cost £20 or something.

hi i have a few probs which i have tried to sort out by searching all forums for info etc but not having much luck, but have got an idea just need some advice before i go spending money where it's not needed etc etc...i appreciate any help cheers Jay :bow: fitted my new hks boost gauge today, but i got confused when it came to plumbing in the vacume hose, i teed it into the vac pipe from the fuel regulator thing to the aiv valve??? but got no momvement on my gauge so disconnected it :headvswal . where do i connect my pipe to? and do i have to put a 4mm filter between the connection and hks pressure regulator? or will it be ok without? It looks the pipes to my nearside aiv have been messed with in the past, one has been blocked, dont know what it's for. ive put some pictures of what it looks like. [/img] (the pipe with the green band second from to is connected to the fuel regulator thingy)(the pipe coming form the tee at the bottom towards the screen is the pipe which has a screw in the end? i cant see where it goes) And on the nearside of the plenum there is a hole blocked off with a screw in the side of it been silicond in, it doesnt look right.. see picture what is meant to be here?? [/img] also i have a noticeable fluttering noise from my drivers side wing, i can hear it best if i give the throttle a blip and let foot off pedal its when revs are comin down..and ive got bad idle when warm sometimes stalls when coming to a stop or in traffic,but will fire up again first time no problem, bad fuel consumption 30 miles to £10....i have standard exhaust fitted with cats. any idea what this could be. aiv's maybe. oh and how do i tell if its in safety boost?? as it's not running the same as before, hardly any boost, but still fast just doesnt get there as quick. sorry about all this but its been doing my head in for ages now and need some advice, before i end up bald...... :headvswal

Hi all i am new on this forum, and think its an absolute haven for information regarding my new zed......and want to thank all you guys for doin such a great job, as id be lost without your knowledge base.. Ive not had my zed long it's J spec manual TT, and am well please exept minor idle problems and think my boost gauge is wrong sometimes..maybe in safety boost but dont know how to tell!! I have bought a hks electronic boost gauge for my zed (never fitted one before), I have searched numerous forums to try and find the info i need but cant find anything, the installation instructions are in japanese, i have managed to work out what most of the wires do but cannot work out where the blue/red wire is connected to. It also has a vacume pipe connection which im sure i can tee it in somewhere under the bonnet (what would be the best place?) so far i think i have worked out the following from the japanese instructions, but not sure if im right..(does anyone here read japanese please :bow: ) RED : IGNITION YELLOW : BATTERY + ORANGE : ILLUMINATION BLACK : GROUND BLUE : ??????? I have included some pictures for you to see of the instructions and wires, please help im desperate to fit this as my standard boost gauge is sometimes displaying wrong i think.
