What incident? These fo a great job everytime. I do like to do it myself but i really dlstruggoe for time as i have to do it at work. I can't do it at home as i am on the top floor of flats. Mind you. Would make for good cardio doing all the stairs with a bucket lol

Thanks for pointing that out. Just checked now the rad is full and the expansion tank is just under high. The engines cold .

I also bought antifreeze as checked the level and it's not on the dipstick. With any hope its only where it levelled out from the work being done

I've just read the whole thread. Great work. I like it with the black bonnet. I have an n/a anyway but wht change a tt diff to an n/a one...whats different?

A long time since i updated this. I changed the brake fluid but the master cylinder decided to fail. I had that rekitted and bled the system further until it behaved. In the process we noticed some idiot had fitted the rear callipers on the wrong sides so they were upside down.:headvswal. After that my friend adjusted the handbrake cable and tightened the new alternator belt as it started to squeeal. I changed the haeadligbt bulbs as one blew. Had a few tidy up jobs. And then i polybushed the steering rack. I finally put it up for MOT and all my hard work and money paid off. It passed.

Brake fluid has been delivered today and my permit holder yesterday. So as soon as i have time both them jobs will be done ☺

What you reckon is the best alarm system and what can it offer?

When operating the lock check to see if there is power to the solenoid. If there is it is likely yo be the unit. If there isn't start by checking the adjustment on the the splenoid linkages and control unit on the drivers side as it is these that all work together to send a signal to the passenger side

Still loving the exhaust lol Insurance is due soon so I spoke to my insurer elephant.co..uk and they said we're gonna up your premium to £2800 and I golfld them no your not lol. The next call I made was to adriun flux and they amazed me with they're quote. I accepted obviously because they offered it to me for £1200.

Sorry to change things last minute but moneys getting a bit tight due to comitments/car/life and I've been so busy with getting into the police (as a special constable for the met) I have been unable to do overtime to catch up. I will be unable to make it this year but fingers crossex if all goes well I can make it next year and also meet some of you at another meet some time

Drove all over new forest area over the weekend. Its so beautiful and a few people told me how great my car now sounds. Haha I don't need telling lol. Bit louder under load than expected but every note is perfect
