  13. Looks like I won't be adjusting the alternator belt tension after all...... it snapped. Got a new belt on order so I can get the car back on the road. In the near future however I am hoping to do/get some one to do (not sure yet) the timing belt. Was considering upgrading whilst it's all out. Not sure where to go though, dampened underdrive pulleys etc? What can I do? Any suggestions and links? All I have seen are from america or australia.
  14. I'll have to remember do that dj party favor. you did right to walk away at that price Iangreenfield. Its not in the best vondition and for me it was a temporary fix and the old ones were horrid. Just to update though I have changed both the targa weather strips since my last post. I also have two bonnet grommets on order. My next job however is to adjust the alternator belt tension as its squealing.
  15. Went thorpe park the other day and took this picture of my car When I fitted the new seat to my car the seat belt light wowouldn't clear on the dashboard. So I decided to change the buckle from my old seat and fit it to my new one. simple yeah... no lol.tlol.tge new seats buckle had no buckle and also the loom in the seat was different. I ended up transfering the loom and controls from the old seat to the new. Another job ticked of the list. These also came in the post

  19. I see your link on your signature. Also your profile says interior guru. Is that your company?

  21. Lol. I was shopping for new door cards on monday and see a whole interior going which was being sold as a whole lot.mlot.much of it is in worse condition than what was in my car. However, the door cards I will get retrimmed to a design I will choose so I got what I wanted. What else came was both front seats and rear seats too. I cleaned up the drivers seat and fitted it today. So the rest should work with a good clean. it'sit's a temporary improvement until a later date when I get buckets and other parts re-tre-trimmed. only got one seat done today.
