How often does that really happen though? There seems to be a lot of supras registered as 1.6L or 2.0L, that sounds a lot riskier to me!

From the picture you posted on Facebook I'd say the door could be repaired, would be worth a try.

I'm using Castrol Edge 5W-40 fully synthetic now and it's running well. I do notice the oil pressure is dropping more at idle, nearly to 1kgf/cm2 as opposed to 2kgf/cm2 previously (don't know what oil was in it). I believe 10W-30 is recommended but it's very hard to get here.

Really starting to bother me, there's this periodic "clicking" noise from the interior fan. It seems to vary in noise, location and frequency based on the setting, but is unrelated to the AC itself. I plan to replace the bulbs in the instrument panel soon so is there anything I should check?

I haven't heard of any major repercussions. I don't think there's much they can do once it's insured correctly.

Passed with no advisories, even though I was told off for filming them putting it on the rollers! Tester said he didn't like my Recaros, pfft! I have the square-style ones on the back, just thought the longer format would look better on the front.

Currently queuing to put the car through its first NCT. Hopefully it's a positive sign that the testers have been shouting about it since I got here!

Just noticed a very similar leak on mine today, minor one. I don't think it's coming from the spoiler but the wiper is a possibility. Which spoiler do you have? Rust spot for reference: I've yet to have a thorough look but I don't think there's any signs elsewhere.

You get your car registered as a van, then can pay cheaper tax (around €333 PA I think). It's commonly been done with cars like 300ZX, Supra and 350Z, which seem to somewhat satisfy the criteria. It's becoming a bit dodgy though, legally. Also means a different form of vehicle testing, and insurance works differently. In the case of a 2+2 you'll need to have your rear seats removed and carpet over it.

'twas a good show today, turnout was probably hampered by the wet weather early on but I spotted three other zeds anyway. Disappointed with the lack of club presence though! Some pictures that definitely hint towards my taste in cars! Zeds first... mostly mine :D Nice chap called Ramsey owns this TT, 350bhp he says from dyno. Pointed him in the direction of the club. Also has a really cool 200ZR! Never saw the owner of this car but three people have sent me pictures of it recently at various spots around the city! SWB TT, appears to be an ex-club car if anyone knows it With the missus... this is orientated correctly on my system, dunno what's wrong with vBulletin.
