  1. Japspeed back boxes fitted. Love the sound! Not sure if I will fit the middle section though, I leave quite early in the morning  No heat shields on it and it's quite close to the fuel tank...should I be worried?
  2. Interior needs work, sure, but it looks very clean otherwise. Depending on condition, I think the price could be fair.
  3. The price and availability are grand though!
  4. Exchanged my air filters for a pair of K&N drop-ins. The old ones didn't look too bad but they've let quite a bit of grit in and a decent sized twig :scared:
  5. Welcome. Look forward to the updates!
  6. Just clamping down on underdeclaration of engine displacement. Fair enough really, but it's shit what they're doing to the RX7/RX8 drivers - cars taxed as 1.3L (legitimately!) can't be renewed as they are!
  7. Probably won't for much longer the way customs are going. Could be why it's for sale.
  8. This one is back up again, looks like an Irish/UK car - http://www.adverts.ie/car/nissan/300-zx/1991-nissan-300-zx/8767626 The price may be a bit high though. From just those pictures you can see a large dent, faded trims and that the antenna mechanism doesn't appear to be working. And then there's the illegal tax, which customs seem to be having a good go at lately.
  9. Changed my first fuel filter this evening without too much spillage! In retrospect, I'm thinking I should have pulled the fuel pump fuse with the engine running, rather than pull the fuse then try to start it a few times?
  10. Disappointing Richie, I was looking forward to seeing it done too but I'm sure you've made the right decision. She'll get there some day!
  11. Or gearbox in my case, yet it seems to be benign.
  12. Picked up my order from CZP on Friday! Didn't have a chance to fit anything as it was then off down south for the weekend. No problems with the Z whatsoever - and that water-resistant glass was amazing in the rainstorms on the motorway. [ Loving the xenons too!
  13. Workshop manual says 3.4L with filter, or 3.0L without - API SG or SF. I used a fully synthetic Castrol 10W40. Got the filter from my local Nissan dealer for about €10.
  14. That would probably get you a very good early TT, or a late TT not quite as clean.
  15. Too vague to say really. You can get an immaculate one for as much as 30k, but you can get one that's still very good for 5k to 10k. Depends what you want.
  16. They already made a Z crossover when they deformed the 370Z into the Juke...
  17. http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/new-nissan-z-car-be-crossover
  18. 27/08/2015 - 1994 Z32 LHD and doesn't look JDM :confused1:
  19. 26/08/2015 - 1992 CZ32 Very clean and low mileage! Wonder what that yoke beside the shifter is.
  20. Different car, going from the pictures
  21. Probably too slow - that's the case for internet connections anyway.
  22. Part of that is the pricks that protect against signal towers being built, but complain when their coverage sucks!
  23. Says it's been closed for three years? I used JDMAuctionWatch.
  24. From prior experience I'd feel a lot safer buying a car from a Japanese auction than from any private seller in Ireland. They are meticulous on detail for the most part - I still haven't found some of the imperfections they noted on my car!
