No, 3-4 weeks to go :(

Quick release wheel kit
Yeah I'll be getting a good alarm system first, just thinking of the wheel kit further down the line. Won't be just yet as I have a budget of about €4,000 for VRT, three months tax, tyres and whatever else the car needs. Insurance could be €3,000 so I don't even want to think about that  Already got the wheels from Mark Derby, they're out with Tallaght Powder Coating now. I was only after the wider rears, but thanks anyway :thumbup1:

SWB Silver spotted at. Mondello
There was a silver one at the car show last year, can't be too many left now?

Quick release wheel kit
Will be getting an alarm and immobiliser, maybe a killswitch too, but that's not always enough! Dad's car was nearly stolen from the driveway (where mine will be parked :( ) a few years back despite a good immobiliser, lack of gearbox and half the dash removed... I reckon a missing steering wheel on top of the rest will be a good deterrent though!

Quick release wheel kit
That is a bit worrying! I think it's a good investment for security though, I'll need it here...

Quick release wheel kit
I'd like to get one of these for the zed when I get the priority jobs sorted, has anyone fitted one? What kind of hub and quick release kit would you need? The wheel would probably be MOMO or Sparco for me. I think the MOMO Race looks cool - Z32 Zone pic earlier: Maybe with a Nismo horn button. Unless there's anything for an OEM wheel?

Full respray
Sounds like you got lucky! I had one side of my car resprayed last year and it worked out very expensive - wasn't my insurance paying though ;)

Z32 convertible up for sale on eBay
Surprisingly, there was a very nice (seemingly) manual convertible for sale over here a couple of months ago. It was advestised as twin turbo though, so who knows?

S40 is really comfortable to drive. Horrible automatic box in the first generation though.

Got mine too - thanks.

To put this in perspective somewhat, I paid about €2,700 on top of the actual car sale price. That includes everything except for vehicle registration; shipping costs, EU import duty, taxes, agent fee, etc. Buying from a dealer is usually going to be a lot more expensive than from auction, but that's only due to the sale price of the car itself.

Did you get a breakdown of the charges? It's an expensive process, but the agent I used only charges commission of 10% of the actual sale value of the car. Others I've found here charge €500 or €800 flat.

I think they're about the only nice feature of the car!

I'm new here 😃
Yeah it was a flat €950 for any Z32, and now they've delisted the car. This should be fun...

I will have it at the Terenure show in July if all goes to plan :) cars like these can still pull a lot of money over there, sure I originally was trying to get a TT!

I'm new here 😃
Thanks, should have it about June 10th :) I'm in D15 not so far really Yours looks great! I wanted one in white and probably would've put a bid on that one if I'd had the money at the time!

I think that shows the dedication it takes to get a zed these days!
