There are loads of free guestbook’s that are coded in PHP, and you just upload them to your webserver and you are able to edit them as you want. But you need to hear with your web page if you are able to use PHP on your site. Ad-Aware or Spybot Search & Destroy after installing it, the earlier versions had some light spyware in them, but I think they deleted it since a couple of versions back. But you kan never be to sure :)

You really need atleast ~85 degrees to be able to come out of the Z, I think anything under would make it impossible to come out easily.
