As already mentioned you either find it painful or you dont. Personally I enjoy it, however I know people that don't lol. The most 'painful' area I can think of is the ribcage. My shoulders stung a bit but not what I would describe as painfull. (I found it more irritating then painful). The area I found easiest was the tops of my arms. I'm booked in for more work on my forearms at the end of this month! :hyper:
