Guinness contains iron and is said to be 'good for you' Wine is better than lager etc from a wieght loss point of view (but you risk looking like a poofter) As already mentioned brown ale is healthier from a calorific point of view. TBH if you're on a health kick I don't see that it matters what you drink at the weekend, as long as you stay of it during the week.

It's not so much the boot, more the areas beind the rear 'door cards' that need sound proofing. Mine sounds like a fecking snare drum sometimes. One chap actually used roof insulation to cure this problem, with good results!
