download flock, get a photobucket account then all you have to do is drag and drop and it auto resizes everything. Easiest solution buddy :D http://www.flock.com

I'm using flock, firefox with built in photobucket support, just drag and drop onto the bar to copy a pic to photobucket then drag the link straight off the photo to drop it into the forum including the little tags
