  1. A lot of work fine into this set up by looks of it. As a show piece its a great looking set up. Hats off to ya for all ya efforts looks great pal.
  2. No UK cars don't have front fog lights.
  3. My zx is gone, but I'm not going anywhere. Through this club I have had some great memories of meets, meet some great people, had technical help that otherwise would of cost a fortune in garage bills. But most importantly I've made some great friends. I've seen people helped out and have had first hand experience of the generosity of the members on here. And that's just a few reasons why although I'm zedless I'm still here.
  4. I'm loving that rear light mate. Would look even better on a nice jet Black zx, proper stealth look rear end.
  5. I feel your pain. Sorry to hear your bad news but is good to know no ones hurt. Hope your back in a z soon.
  6. I think the UK rear bumper looks much better than the import bumpers with there oversized stupid stuck on huge ugly red lamp fitted. UK ones look tidy and you can make both rear fog lights work to be seen much better in the fog than any alternative fitment from a import bumper.
  7. Check the cas is working ok.
  8. Getting this car must of been one of the most challenging and eventful Road trip you've been on to pick a motor up,lol. Glass to hear ya managed to keep safe tho.
  9. Your one lucky b@$!@/d baz, lol. All these nice zeds on here lately is making me very jealous that I'm without one....... Keep it all as it is mate as it looks spot on (maybe some big ass deep dish alloys tho).
  10. If I was you I would spend £20 on a compression tester and give your engine a check (make sure you have a fully charged battery tho) Remove the fuel pump fuse from the small fuse box on the drivers side of the engine bay( think is the large Blue one, am sure someone on here will confirm which one it is) If you've been trying to start it and its not starting then the fuel may of washed the bores down giving slightly less compression. If you can't get a compression tester then you can put a very small amount of oil into each cylinder to raise the compression and if she starts first time but won't start again afterwards then that's a sign of bad compression. Hope you can get it sorted pal.
  11. Cheers everyone. I will definitely be back in a zx one day, hopefully next summer. A House is definitely gonna be my next purchase tho, although one stipulation in our house remit is that it either has or can have a decent size garage built which is driving the other half nuts as it counts out alot of houses she likes, lol.
  12. Today the car was stripped of the last parts to be removed and is now looking very sad to how it was from the last 8 years of total pleasure owning it. Unfortunately I won't be looking for another zx for the time being as all the remaining finds from her will be going towards a deposit for a new house. But I will always remember it for how it looked just before the end. Hopefully one day I will get another one, but one thing is for sure I will be staying on the forum as I have met some fantastic people over the years on here and have had a huge amount of help from all the Kind members who have given up there time to help both on here and in person.
  13. That looks awesome. Would like to see more angles of it.
  14. Today I stripped my zx of its last remaining parts so it can go to the scrapers tomorrow. Very sad day.
  15. Are they the 19 inch axis milano alloys? Lools excactly same as mine had. Still got a original spare alloy in alloy and polished rim that would make a good spare for yours as there really hard to get hold of.
  16. Is the generosity of help from people on this forum that is one of the things that keeps me wanting another z one day knowing that Good help is always close at hand. Well done mate on your help one more to the ever growing list of people that owe you a great debt of gratitude. Sent from my GT-I8190N using Tapatalk
  17. Jeff at zworld would be your best place to ask. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
  18. Happy birthday mate. Hope your not working too hard today. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
  19. Are the tailpipes still in the correct position? Could you maybe have had the exhaust shoved backwards and caused a break in any of the pipework? Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
  20. looking forward to seeing this finished mate. maybe sommat i may try on my next z.
  21. top job there mate. hope the finishing perspex is a 1 piece part that can match the original shape. Never been too keen on any aftermarket lights for the zx but these i like.
  22. to be honest i think its been done very well and the condition of the car itself seems to be in great condition. although the green may not be to everyones taste i would say its not been done ott, and if it was in a red or a white then it probably wouldnt get as much stick for it. personally i like the overall effect of it.
  23. will this be activated on the tapatalk too? only ask as i cant see it on mine(probably me not looking properly).
  24. if its only started doing this since you had the radiator changed then there maybe some air still in the system. maybe run the car back upto temp with radiator cap off and see what the water level is at.
  25. is the engine showing thats its getting upto temp properly?
