  1. its hard to tell really, when i fitted mine it really highlighted a problem with my old airbox and my gtech results went up around 6-7% (over average of 5 runs)
  2. pick a number between 0 and 20 :D
  3. 250/29.2 = 8.56 or is my calculator busted?
  4. ms^-1 the -1 means constant speed, 10ms^-1 1second = 10ms 2second = 10ms 3second = 10ms ms ^ -2 this is acceleration, it means you are accelerating at that speed every second so 10ms^-2 means that 1 second = 10ms 2 second = 20ms 3 second = 30ms
  5. ms^-1 = x 0.447m denotes 1mph = 0.447meters per second 250 / 29.2 = 8.56meters a second 8.56 / 0.447 = 19.15 mph 22 - 19.15 = 2.85mph out 2.85/22 * 100 = ~13% out (12.95%) i think lol
  6. who turned up? sorry guys family business so i couldnt attend,
  7. server went down this time, next week working on getting new hardware, at least this time there were no database problems
  8. yuh gotta agree with scoops here, (f*ck no) fair enough our cars are comfortable driving around at 100mph day in day out, and will most likely outbreak the highway code. However there are still cars permitted on our roads which do not drive like ours or handle like ours and really should not be allowed to go that fast. Its been proven that if you raise the speed limit to 80mph average traffic speeds will increase to 100+mph. Try sitting in an MG that can barely do 70mph on the motorway with lorry tyres towering over you and you will see what i mean. However I do believe that driving conditions should be reviewed when giving out harsh points and bans. I usually sit with the needle just under 100 when on empty motorways.
  9. whos coming this week? nick the gangster and russ?
  10. lol we have a story about a man with a van, well when he sent the server back to me it looked like it had be thrown out of a van.

  13. Well this one was kind of big, so I have restored last nights backups as a last resort (well last resort is actaully last month) investigatin why this keeps happening, it may be we have outgrown our current hardware and need to upgrade. keep on trucking people Mike

  19. well you guys have been using 500meg of mysql space in the forums Database just for attachments, I've just started the process of moving these out to filespace, hopefully this will increase the speed of the forum as it will need less database requests. it will defiently make the database more stable at least (and if not more stable quicker to repair)
