  1. i have the same type of probelm and cleaning the throttle bodies was the advice i was given. will be doing it this weekend so i'll let everyone know how it goes (knowing my luck my engine will spontaneously combust!!). alex
  2. believe me mate i'll get the best i can afford. brembos are a pipe dream!! kyb dampers with eibach springs seem to be popular and for less than 500 quid from SWZ performance. sounds like a good deal. as ever the money is the problem!!
  3. definately mate. will have the braided lines and brake master cylinder brace soon and get slotted and drilled discs when i can afford em. i'll sort out the suspension as soon as i can work out what the hell i'm meant to do (suspension isn't my strong point!! any advice?). i was just curious how the development of the supercharger kit was going. alex

  8. does anybody know how much difference the larger injectors have on the performance of and n/a? i have s/s headers, decat, lightweight u/d pulley, performance airfilters, and will be getting it chipped. also how much would it cost to get hold of some decent ones and how hard are they to fit? cheers everyone alex

  14. i have the same kind of problem. was told that cleaning my throttle bodies would help cure it. will be doing it next weekend so i'll let you know how i get on.

  19. this is what the t**t did to me :cry: my heart just sank when i saw it this morning. think i might be needing a new door and rear wing. anyone know if that wheel could be repaired? the metal isn't cracked or split anywhere i can see.

  21. thanks everyone. really appreciate all the advice and comments. won't be going through the uninsured claims route. got absolutely no evidence except for the fookin dent in my car :rant: going to find out who owns the cctv cameras around the area and see if i can get anything from that. i might be lucky but i'm not holding out much hope. as for the damage, he's managed to dent my d/s door and rear wing and bend my alloy :rant: :rant: looks mostly superficial but i won't really know till i get my brother to look at it. it was a pretty low speed collision. i will get some pics up tomorrow. alex
