  1. Electronic Parts Catalogue.
  2. I do have Vauxhall's EPC somewhere. So I could tell you....but quite a few of the top posters on MIG should have copies too.
  3. http://www.migweb.co.uk Check out the highest poster on there.....I wonder who that is! hehe ;)
  4. http://www.clean-image.co.uk/paintsealant/alloy_wheel_protection.htm
  5. They might have a clear lacquer coating or on them. Mine are bare polished alloy. So don't go too ott with the metal polish at first as it's quite abrasive. You can get good sealants to wipe over the metalwork to protect them after polishing. Plenty of good wheel sealants and waxes. IE metal-mate is a 2 stage solution and is supposed to work well.
  6. Cool. Well, post some pics up ASAP. Reckon it'll look great!!
  7. What are you on? VXON or MIG?
  8. When are you going to fit them? Dished rims are sooooooooooo the way to go though, gives the car even more road presence.
  9. 19"? Nice one! That'll look great mate. I do recognise the symbol. But can't put a name to them and I'm pretty good with alloys. They are quality rims though, not cheap stuff. Well they'll fit, as I have 18" rims that were originally mounted on an RX7. Bore size is different, but it's nothing major. 1mm I think. PCD is the same. Really need to be 285, but still. Get the buggers fitted!!!!
  10. LOL....you can't write 'the' can you. Always you spell it teh...I do the same sometimes if I'm typing at warp 6. But anyway, yes....well done chaps! Very impressed!
  11. He needs to haul his ass back on here. Although didn't he break is Z? Happy Birthday though mate! :duffer:
  12. To be fair, when I take my Z abroad, the crew are pretty good and locate it on one of the lower decks without me even asking. They'll even crouch down and watch that I don't ground out. Can't remember who I was with now. LD Ferries and also Brittany Ferries I've taken the Z with.
  13. 18" I hope. I do like them. 10.5" wide is pretty monsterous. Hope you won't need your arches rolling. I have 10" wide on the back of mine and wouldn't go much wider. What offset are they?
  14. Looks like it's work in progress. I'd hazard a guess that the bumper's not actually secured with anything other than the slam panel screws. Missing wing mirrors....hope he's not fitting Em-free Mirraz or those awful thalidomide 'cup' mirrors.
  15. Is the timing ok though? Take off the cam belt covers, hand crank the engine round to TDC and see if all the markings line up.
  16. :hurl: Looks like a pink shoe. It's ok, ie the kit and rims.....the colour isn't nice AT ALL.... Maybe the bloke that owns it is a raving homo sexual if he's going to spray a manly car a girly colour.
  17. The red thing looks like Jason Statham.
  18. Just internals AFAIK. After 96 I think. Use different syncros and bearings iirc. Much tougher gearbox.
  19. Beast! Although the one you've posted is like an 81 or something. Did yours come with the infamous 'Quartic wheel'? Hilarious car none the less! I'd love to drive one!
  20. Prefer your Z? I'd have my Z crushed into something the size of an oxo cube if it meant I could have a Gallardo. Probably one of the prettiest super cars ever made!
  21. Here's my old Cav GSi.... I still think these look cool even today.
  22. H reg Astra Belmont SRi. Not a bad car 10 years ago for a uni student. :) it was imaculate too and I kept it that way.
  23. 30mins I think, although I've heard that figure is a bit of an old wive's tale. Apparently, it's within a few seconds. The fuel map gets reset to default and the codes are removed from the memory. Unhook the battery for an hour though just incase.
  24. Agreed with the above. That has to do more with the timing being out I think. If the crank sensor is out of range of the cam sensor, it'll throw up an error as the ECU can not compensate.
