A prototype MGF KV6 was never made though. It was talked about when BMW owned Rover, but it never got any further than that. A 1.8 T...you must be getting confused with the 'Trophy' model as a Turbo charged varient of the F or TF was NEVER released either.

I just know quite a bit about all sorts of cars. I quite like the MGF/TF models. As bad as the build quality sometimes is on them and the infamous HG issues, the F and TF models are great fun to drive and the TF, although very girly is a pretty motor. Prefer the looks of the TF to the MX5. Although the MX5 is a better drivers' car. F and TF and mid engined though, so weight distribution is interesting for such a small vehicle.

Yup, that's currently the only one in the UK to have the KV6 fitted AFAIK. Cool project too.

1.6 and 1.8 only on MGF and MGTF. NEVER a KV6 2.5 fitted in an MGF let alone a TT!!!???!!!!, infact I know of only one that's been modified in the UK to take the KV6 and half the car had to be cut up for it to fit. I guess this was another figment of your imagination like the 3.0 V6 Twin Turbo powered Renault Espace! :rofl: Have no idea where you get some of your information Mark! :rofl: ;)

As far as a non-Nissan colour to go for, I'd have either of the following.... Alfa Romeo Nuvelo Blue: Local Skyline sprayed in that colour. You can't see it in this colour but it has a light goldy/yellowy pearl in it and it looks fantastic. Or BMW Estoril Blue Aftermarket colour I'd go for Kandy Cobalt Blue... Nissan Colour, Bayside Blue Superwhite Pearl.

How about light brows/badboy bonnets and light masks? What IS the reason for these? Not only do they look utter shite, they degrade the light being emitted from the headlight.
