  1. 99-specs look quite different to fake-specs in the flesh. A much cleaner and more fresh look. Well worth the money IMHO.
  2. Mr.Funge's is probably my favourite. :) Yes, but that's how many usually end up voting.
  3. WTF??? Those wheels he has on a lovely!
  4. Probably sagged original suspension. Springs sag over time and the bushes become weak. If it's original suspension, then you'll not be able to adjust the camber. The tracking could be out, but the usual symptom for Zs is saggy original suspension.
  5. Yeah, drive on the right! LOL I've done quite a bit of driving in Europe. Much better fun, especially in France and Germany. Good long smooth roads, deserted in comparison to overcrowded poorly surfaced UK roads.
  6. Refit the old PTU (after you've made sure it's dry) and see if there's any change (unless it's failed completely).
  7. Here are some fetching interiors that will get your velour taste buds a dribblin'. You can see where I got my inspiration.
  8. PS. This photo's always made me laugh. Looks like you're trying a nurse a boner.
  9. Don't break it! I can't believe your car has gotten into that state after all the care you've given it.
  10. I think it looks shit. Shame the container didn't collapse.
  11. You might be lucky and find it's only one seized turbo and be the passenger side. In which case you can replace with a used one and not have to drop the engine. But wouldn't advise. The Z is not a car that can be maintained on a shoe-string. Hope you get it sorted.
  12. Put your arse away then! lol  ;)
  13. 1990 Vauxhall Senator. Not supportive, but very comfortable. Somehow, I can't see those looking too good in a Z! LOL I don't find the Z seats all that supportive. They aren't bad. They look good, but could be better. Trouble is, unless you have a SWB, aftermarket seats look a little out of place in the Z. Some of the best seats, supportive and comfy, were the old Recaro designed seats in the Astra GTE and Astra GSi. Infact, those seats were also fitted to the Cavalier Turbo and GSi.
  14. Depends what you want out of a car. I'd love a tuned NA for the track. But for fast road driving and high performance, I went for the TT. Manual of course. I drove an NA cabrio over in the US and thoroughly enjoyed it. I've driven quite a few NAs and they are so easy to drive and control. Horses for courses and all that. Both have their merits and both have their shortfalls. Depends what you're looking for in a car. I personally wouldn't have automatics in either format though.
  15. Then he really did make the wrong turn!
  16. The whole 'Cholmley-Warner' thing was really funny. "How high can a monkey jump with its testicles wired up to electrics". Probably their best characters followed closely by the old gits.
  17. Build a time machine.
  18. What possessed you to buy that!!??
  19. Stock looking UK spec Z32 heading southbound over the Avonmouth flyover.
