  1. No, probably not. You may just have a bit of oily residue in the inlet. Could be from the PCVs, could be from the turbos or could be from valve stem oil seals.
  2. You really need to change your oil more frequently. Even though you're not doing much mileage, short journeys can wreck an engine. I am sure that over the course of the year, the oil has absorbed quite a bit of engine condensate.
  3. Refresh the page Athene. Should work.
  4. Happy Birthday Steve! :duffer:
  5. IndianZX
  6. I wouldn't be happy with them either. ;)
  7. Remember you saying when I saw you. :)
  8. Very nice mate. Thought you were going to sell it?
  9. See there's some differentiation between users and members. Blue font scum should go to hell! LOL ;)
  10. I don't know why, but, it reminds me of this from the back for some reason.
  11. Not yet. They aren't that great. I need a tripod! LOL I'll get a few up later.

  13. You really are better off replacing dampers as a pair unless what you have are 'known' recent replacements.
  14. Fixed!! It's an utter shed mate! Most of it's been ruined. Would make an ideal parts car.
  15. @ the wheels. Rank steering wheel. :hurl:

Not sure I'll make the time slot. Leaving Gravesend at 4.30 and wont be back until 7.30.
  17. That's so sad to read. I had two friends killed the same way about 6 years ago. Their car burst into flames. They could identify Vicky's body as it wasn't badly burned, she was pulled out of the car. Karl didn't manage to get out as the fire took hold and burnt him alive. His remains had to be identified by DNA.
  18. Unless it's a 96+ JDM engine.
  19. Box and sub are in, I've just be a lazy mofo and haven't wired it in yet. Might do that this weekend though.
  20. You still not seen it yet? LOL, I saw it last month when I was at Jeff's. Looked good. :)
  21. Looks good! Need to sort out that silly wiper though. :)
  22. Thanks guys. It's amazing how much support there is on this forum. It's made feel very humble. Murt, yeah sure! Why not!
  23. After having 'issues' with myself over the past few months and making rash thoughts, something hit home to me today. Have driven the Z quite a bit this weekend. Well, yesterday after taking it out, all I seemed to notice where the stares. Took it out today and I had kids shouting 'nice car mate' at me as I drove by. The best bit was while I was sat at lights in central Bristol and this guy in a pearl yellow Murcielago pulls up with the reg plate 'P4ATT'. Guy looks over at the car and nods and smiles. Was chuffed that even a 20 year old Nissan still gets a look in. The same happened last year whilst Maddie and I were taking a spirited sprint up the twistes through Cheddar Gorge with a DB9 sat on my bumper. The Z held its own and as I turned off onto another road, a few paps from the horn of the DB9 and a wave from the driver. But the best was yet to come. Some guy had seen my car in Japanese Performance Magazine from the Z32 buying guide they did in Summer 07. He'd written into AndyP and had asked to get hold of me. Turns out the guy has had quite a number of exotic cars (911s, M5s etc), including a 300zx many years ago and said that if I ever sell it that I should be contacting him first! Well, that sealed it. The Z stays. No questions. /fin
