Find me an aftermarket gearknob that looks good AND feels nice. I've never found one. You've probably got a mankey old one. New ones look very nice and feel good.

Taking Maddie away there this weekend. Had a nice trip to Bruges a few weeks ago. I've been to Sweden a few times before, but always fancied Gothenburg. Not least because of the name! She is. She's made of rubber and bounces around all over the house.....at like 1am! LOL She's asleep on the couch at the moment and will no doubt remain in that position for the rest of the afternoon! She's quite independant, but does like a good fuss. Unfortunately, that sometimes involves jumping up and sitting on my lap....when the laptop got there before hand! Not taught her to touch-type yet though!

Stock OEM are by far the best. Best fitment, best feel and correctly weighted. Wouldn't fit anything else. Got mine from Performance Nissan when I was in California last year. I paid $50 for it.

Your lifters are a bit gummed up. It's more likely to cause stress on the cam shaft lobes than anything else as it's those that are hitting the lifters when there's a lack of oil in them. When did you last change the oil? Might be worth doing a few frequent changes. There are detergents in most decent motor oil, so by doing a number of quick changes might solve the problem.

Seriously, go and get an MRI scan on your brain. Something isn't quite right there.
