  1. I've had decent service from most of the US vendors. Performance Nissan who I've visted in person, along with Ionic Dynamics are great and stuff I've ordered online from Z1 has been good too. Saying that, stuff I've ordered through UK vendors has been spot on too. DTA (not just cause Dan buys me lunch!), MJP and Smithy's place have all given me faultless service.
  2. Nope. A bedsit is one or two rooms. Generally all in one room are the lounge, bedroom and a small partition for the kitchen and a bathroom. I had a friend who rented one while he was at uni as it was cheaper than his halls of residence! Can't say I'd want to live in one, but when needs must. Lots of people need them and they are a good thing.
  3. I'd rather eat Brussels sprouts and mushrooms every day for the next 3 years!
  4. Correct. Just found a picture, this is what it is.
  5. Well, the bird perked up a little. Think it was only a small one. I took it outside and across the road to the field behind my house and threw it up into the air. It was a bit uneasy on its wings, but flew a little bit and landed on a tree. So I think it may have more of a chance than in my hands! LOL
  6. I'll go down to One-Stop and see if they have some worms. lol Have some seeded bread here. Might give it some of that.
  7. No!!! I might be a **** at times, but I'm not cruel! lol Just checked, it's not a sparrow.
  8. Reposted many a time. I've bought a few things from them. :)
  9. Found this little thing wandering around on my driveway. Walked over to it expecting it to fly off and it didn't. So I went to pick it up and it scurried over to the lawn, tried to take off but couldn't. So picked it up and took it inside. It duly shat on me, but didn't put up a fight to get away, so just sat with it in my hand now keeping it warm, but also fighting off the cat who wants to eat it. Thinking it may have flown into a window and knocked some of the stuffing out of it. Not too sure what to do with the poor little thing?? Its eyes are wide open, but look closed in the pic. Not sure what it is, its quite small. Maybe a sparrow?
  10. ...and some like to rip the club off. He did that too! 2 million man hours went into building the millenium dome. Doesn't make it appealing. :wack:
  11. I'd recover it. Recover it in petrol then set light to the bugger!
  12. Yup! One of the Ugliest Zs EVER created!
  13. :duffer:
  14. They don't suit it though....as this horror proves...
  15. Hardly any cars come with CC on the steering wheel (that don't come airbag equipped) and I can only recall one aftermarket wheel that I know of that has the CC buttons on the wheel itself and that was made by Navan. But, as with their awful autobox knobs, it's pretty ugly. There are a few companies that make cruise control bosses for MOMO steering wheels and the like, but again, they don't look that great.
  16. All fitted and driven the car with them. Look pretty decent. Kinda happy with them.
  17. Yup! My UK clocks cost me a huge £41! I pick up some bargains. Never seem to have a problem doing that. I use the Japanese yahoo auctions if I need any Z related stuff if I can't get it on UK ebay.
  18. I've bitten the bullet and gone with the rings. Will take some pics later. Just refitting the dash at the moment.
  19. You don't need to open the filler cap. It's been converted to run on eggs, chicken wings and toilet cleaner. Just throw it in the boot and hey presto!
  20. Got them from a breaker. Unfortunately, one side is an NLS from Nissan, so going to a breaker is the only option. They aren't too difficult to find. Just need to keep your eye open for them on ebay. (Late spec models). Late spec MK1 Ford Mavericks have them too. Maybe the part can be traced through Ford. They might have some stock, but Nissan certainly don't. Of one side anyway. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-TERRANO-II-2-7-TDI-01-BREAKING-FOR-PARTS-DIESEL_W0QQitemZ380122844280QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item5881164c78&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1689%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TERRANO-MAVERICK-2-7-TDI-FOR-BREAKING_W0QQitemZ250415693677QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item3a4df03f6d&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1689%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50
