If you search on here you'll find similar. Stock recircs on Zs are supposed to be pretty decent to a point and better in the stock to medium power Zs than BOVs, plus by having recircs, it means your car doesn't sound like the airbrakes on a Scania truck! I've never had them fitted to my car and never would! They sound naff and don't really do anything over the stock recirc valves. Whenever I hear one, I just think of all the RS and Renault 5 boyos down Maccys trying to impress their mates with them. They become properly functional over a certain power and then, I can accept them....just.

Water can be stored cooler than ambient air too plus cuts down on the hardware. Fitting fans to everything restricts space. I'm helping fit a water injection system to a Nova Turbo at the moment. Should be able to see a Z or two!
