How long is a piece of string. Varies immensely! Can range from an average repaint to a complete windows out, engine out repaint. Ranging from £500 for a cheapo blowover with lots of overspray and mask lines to £5k+ for a stripdown and paint. Depends what you want doing, depends on where you get it done and depends on the state of the car and what paint you go for.

I'd get the lip repaired. You may find that even though they might be 3 peice split rims, the outter and inner lips maybe bonded or even welded. Lip repair is easy enough to do. They will be made of high grade forged alloy which can be welded and polished with relative ease.
