High mileage is fine providing the maintenance was carried out. Personally wouldn't go for one with those miles. But as has been said, would rather find one with a smooth engine, zero rot and clean interior. I've driven a 250,000 mile Z in California and it felt excellent, have driven seemingly lower mileage Zs with knackered suspension and boost leaks and it felt like a turd.

As above, it's not just about the height. Also, springs settle over time. Mine are much lower than when I first fitted everything. So much so that I need to get my geometry checked. THEN you have the joys of fitting adjustable camber and tension rods. I can do it, but you need to mess about with stuff and wait for it to settle out.
