Been reposted. The rear lights absolutely ruin it. Although I've never been a fan of the Bomex kits. Those mirrors are hideous. They are as bad as the rear lights. Makes the car look like a thalidomide victim. It's a decent car, just not really that nice to look at.

Agree with the above. I've never really found Hammond all that amusing. But he's a good target for May and Clarkson, I think that's about his only saving grace and all it ever has been. Clarkson's escapades in the Reliant Robin a few weeks ago had me laughing uncontrollably. Not laughed like that in a good few years!

They are a nice cruiser. I enjoyed driving it. Just not my choice of Z. Mind you, I'd have one for the 'collection'. :)

Damn! Those wheels look awful! In terms of rarity....as follows. Slicktop -> vert -> SWB -> 2+2 Although there are less 2+2 TT Manauls around than most other things. Most are autos, or NAs or NA autos. Still seldom see good TT manuals for sale on 'trader.

Christ, get some wider tyres on pronto then! Rear offset/width is spot on. Fronts could do with 15mm. Mine are Advan Siena Generation II.

I don't like the colour and a convertible Z with an autobox and obviously NA is about as sporty (contrary to what he says) as a Ford Granada. I quite like 'em though and have driven one across the state of Oklahoma, but they are my last choice of Z32 bodystyle....and bottom of the pile in terms of transmission/engine.

Centre bore will be different. RX-7 centre bore is slightly larger than the Z32. Only by about 2mm I think. Judging by the tyre widths, I'd imagine those wheel widths are 8" and 9" respectively. As above, the rears will most likely be similar to the Z, but the fronts will more than likely require spacers to look good.

That is what is happening. Actually I'm outta here on December 23rd and return on the 8th or 9th of January! I'd rather go 2 weeks before (out of vacation time). I don't mind Christmas day too much to be honest. It's the 4 months of marketing, annoying jingles and bullshit on the TV + the weather that ruin it!

SMIC = Side mount intercoolers You can get electronic boost controllers from a huge number of places. Search ebay for instance.

Get rid of the jets and get an EBC if you want to do anything. You can change the injectors IF you intend on upping the boost above 14.5PSi. But I'd go for larger SMICs if you were doing that. Have you done the basics like fit the cooler running NGK plugs?

I was somewhere near Reading I think and this overtook me. Thought it was an Audi at first with some strange colour scheme Just found out from reading the Top Gear website that it's a new Range Rover Evoque prototype. Anyone else spotted them around the London area? Apparently there are 3 out on test right now.
