  1. I used Photoexpress....it's more crisp than MS Paint at reduction. So, reduced 50% ....and trimmed.
  2. Not keen I'm afraid bud. Too many pipes. You're happy with it though, so good on ya. :duffer:
  3. Same rims as turb0z used to have!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. Was up in the loft for a bit last night rummaging through some old computer crap. Amost my old editions of McFormat and Total Amiga, I recalled some old skool games which I really quite miss. Generally, I have little regard for computer games now. I don't have a Play station or xbox or anything, nor to they interest me in the least. But I do have a soft spot for the following which I actually miss. James Pond AKA Robocod. Jaguar XJ220 Does anyone remember the really cool stereo CD player that you had in game setup? Kinda cool electronic music. Alien Breed Lemmings Outrun Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge Leisure Suit Larry
  5. You can respray them, but the paint will flake off fiarly quickly due to some areas being unreachable by sandpaper.
  6. Yeah...back to black won't make much of a difference as its original finish is like an anthracite (dark metallic grey). My car is in very very good condition bodywork wise and little things like that, just finish it off.
  7. I did that 2 days after I bought the car. Looks like new now. Want to replace the scuttle panels too as there is slight paint discolouration on them. This was another job I found made a nice difference. :D http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=61863&highlight=mods
  8. Must say, I'm not keen on the Veilside kits. Find they don't follow the smooth lines of the Zed. Just my opinion with this large wacky open mouth bumpers...they just aren't attractive. But each to their own. Most people follow 99spec because it's the most liked. I'm not gonna fit the 99spec front bumper as I actually like the original bumper.
  9. Less of the text speak dude...this forum isn't sponsored by Nokia. ;) I'm not up to much. Will be going to the interclub Z meet on Sunday at Weston Super Mare. Other than that, Sweet FA. :(
  10. Looks like an extrator fan similar to the ones you find in huge alpine tunnels. What's that thing behind it wrapped in insulation tape?
  11. Weight wise I think not! ;)
  12. I'd sack the ******* if I had someone like that as a salesman....unless he was good, he'd get my boot up his harris.
  13. Looks Ok. But a complete oxymoron. Fully stripped out interior with cage etc...then you see two joypads and some visor TVs....I know it's a promo car, but because of that, it doesn't half look dumb.
  14. .....she bought it back off him? :o :x:
  15. Anna is now Zedless. White-Zed's a bit of a girl though.... ;)
  16. Looks good.....should of gotten that bumper sprayed first though. :)
  17. Yes, as to get the heads off, you need to remove the manifold/turbos. Not enough room to do 'in-situ'. Whole lot's gotta come out.
  18. Good man John! You're a veritable wealth of knowledge and I'm sure the board will only benefit from your being here. I know you're not into static shows so much, but hope to see you at Japfast (Castle Coombe).
  19. It is an engine out job. You can't get the turbos off without dropping the engine.
  20. No matter how good people say the Supra is, Nissan always have something better to offer. Now although I prefer the sleak lines of the Zed, I'd have one of these over any supra. :D
