  1. One of mine has been leaking and really needs sorting out. Mmmmm. Bet they are expensive.
  2. We have over the next few months Big Brother and football dominating TV......a prospect I'm not looking forward to.
  3. Do you need to drop the entire subframe out to replace those large oil filled bushes just forward of the drive shafts?
  4. Astra GSis are still nice looking cars if you can find a standard non-rusty one. The C20XE is an excellent motorsport proved engine and is the best in its class. It's also very easy to drop a C20LET and 6 speed box in it from a Calibra and you've then got a very very fast little car.
  5. Thanks all. Will I need dedicated Nokia software then for the reciever? Chris, will let ya know bud.
  6. I'm getting a new phone delivered tomorrow. It's a Nokia N70 (3G). I asked the woman about getting a TomTom for it but the only ones they had at the time were £170+ I've seen these things on ebay for £30 or so. Of course they aren't going to be as good, but do they all work? Are they the only things I'll need for my phone or will I have to get loads of other bits and bobs? Ta
  7. Nice to see the bottoms of those bumpers smoothed Dave! Nice work. Something I want to do to mine soon.
  8. How can people drive around with primed up bumpers for ages and ages and ages? Nice piccies though. :)
  9. Porn?? That's me and my right hand sorted for the evening. Cheers! :duffer:

Looking good there. You'll have to compile a How2 when you're done bud!
  11. Couple of weeks I think Dave. Cheers bud.
  12. Mine went on Sunday....to Yami for an engine rebuild.
  13. Running nice? Is it? LOL ;)
  14. You buying knock_knock's venoms then.....
  15. What metal stuff is what the leak is? Dude, that makes no sence what so ever!
  16. These are sundries that always are best being replaced while the engine is out, regardless of whether you deem it 'plug n play'. Some water pipes round the back of the engine, rear knock sensor and harness plus main seal.
  17. Like I said, certain things should be replaced before fitting engines into cars.
  18. Was the engine leaking before it went in? Things like replacing the main seal are really essential things to replace before an engine gets fitted. Usual source of oil leaks on thse engines.
  19. Times like that you should be buying things from ebay! LOL I've had naisal trimmers for years now.
  20. Well take it back then? I have no idea who he is. But you've just had all this work done, I'm sure if he's a top mechanic as you say, he'll offer some help.
  21. Take the bloody thing back to the place where you got the new engine fitted. If the bloke's not a spinless gixxar type, then I'm sure he'll at least offer some help.
  22. Looks very nice indeed. Would have been getting that rust sorted out first though. Bet you're happy with them. :)
  23. I'm sure it's worth more than mine in it's current state.
  24. How much better does the Zed look to the Supra!
