I've seen a zed on auto trader and I just need some advice as I think it's too cheap? The only faults I can see is a flat looking rear tyre and the rear light cluster doesn't look in great shape, also it doesn't say how much tax. Nut other than that it seems ok. Can't seem to upload the pics I must be doing something wrong

Ive recently aquired a large box of classic car parts all brand new in the box. Bosch and lucas parts mainly. The problem I have is how the hell do you find out what car they're off. Im guessing theres some moneys worth here. Have some small quater windows. Light lens assemblys lots of chrome work. All in their own boxes with some sort of serial numbers. But I cant seem to fnd them on the internet anywhere.

This is some brilliant advice and it never seizes to amaze me how helpful everyone is on here. But its soooo hard to choose now. I mean clearly people who have the TT love the TT and the same for people with the N/A so im some respects I cannot lose lol.

Thanks for the advice bud. I still think the only way I'd have an N/a would be a manual version. Each to their own. So long as ts a zed eh! Get better mpg in a manual too

Cheers phil thats exactly what I was thinking. Dont want any little boy racers taking the piss and being able to outrun a 3ltr beaut! I think a tt is on the cards. Manual/auto who knows ill just have to wait and see what comes up first lol

Sorry but I'm travelling to Trowbridge Saturday night/ Sunday morning so ill be in bed all day tomorrow sorting out my body clock lol. Going to pick up some young hotshot pool champion for a charity day we are doing in our local on the Sunday. 5hour drive round trip!!! He better be bloody good lol

I'm not sure about price but rebuilding a box I'm guessing would be specialist stuff only. So many parts I wouldn't recommend it at home unless you've a nice long workbench and alot of patience and good memory lol

Thanks for the offer! But I would never trust myself in someone else's car and being a passenger just isn't quite the same. What's it like driving a car that has the rear wheel steering? Is it really twitchy on the arse?

Thanks bud will see what ive got planned work wise. I though they were 170bhp. But im probably wrong. Ive been in an N/A manual and a tt manual. The tt was mind blowingly quick and I loved it. Its just the turbos going pop that scare me

At least I think thats what they are standard. Anyone here who owns an N/A auto let me know how it is with regards to power and responsiveness of the gear changes both up and down. Sorry for the anal question I just want to get the right one :-)

Right this Sunday at our local we are holding a charity day/night. I'm the only one out of like 30 of us to have not sorted it yet.
