Well it's either the key or the ignition barrel, if I were you I'd start with having a new key cut as it might be worn out, who knows, or just fetch a second hand ignition barrel from a scrappy for around £10-20. GL.

I had this problem after cutting a new key, have you tried wiggling the key or have you got another spare you can try with?

Yesterday I changed the spark plug again and took her for a 30 min drive without boosting and she's running fine on all six. I think it all needs to be set up on rolling road.

This is the problem I'm having with my car atm. It's the sixth cylinder that plays up, but only after a little run. Changed spark plug and she ran on all six but just as I boost a bit she farts and 6th cyl stops again. The car has elec boost controller and it's chipped but not decat. I can smeel a lot of fuel underneath the car. Nothing is leaking :confused: I'm so tired.....help. p.s. when I took the spark plug out and looked down I think I saw unburned fuel /?

Doubt it as it's been like this forever lol, also won't start at all unless I press the pedal. :confused:
