If you pull the bulb it will blind you, you could check it like that. lol -
It comes on as soon as the engine is started and makes loud hoover type noise when engine is revved, all the belts are back on properly. There is also a weird noise at about 2.5-4k rpm from that area, sounds like a shook beer can full of tiny stones/bolts. Also as soon as the fan comes on it feels as if it's holding the engine back almost like the engine goes down on one cyl. When the engine is switched off the fan spins freely. None of this happened before the cambelt change. Any ideas?

Quick update: Things just didn't go tp plan today, spent 12 hours changing the cambelt :rolleyes: the teeth on the old belt simply ripped off near the crank shaft and other few places as well but not as bad. Thankfully she started without problems and ran sexy smooth, I'm over the moon. Cheers :duffer: .

Yeah thought the same but she cut out just as I stopped, tried starting her again and no knocks or anything just high note starter motor if you know what I mean so fingers crossed.

If the timing belt snapped ( :mad: ) what needs adjusting before the new belt comes on? My mechanic said he may need some adjusment info or such before fitting the timing belt to adjust the pulleys maybe? IDK, any info welcomed.

I had to pull the baffles out of each of my exhausts as they broke loose and had a habit of popping out after a run, first time I thought someone shoved a dead cat up there ffs looked like a tail sticking out. But even without decatting it sounds amazing! So much so that I'm scared to decat now lol.
