All sorted hopefully!! Went to the house and told the guy that he needs to leave. He agreed and said I never refused by the looks of it at that time he crapped his pant but we never know. He said yeh but you cant make me leave because my girlfriend is pregnant and if we want we can stay. I said you live on a pay as you go basis. You pay for the week not the month. You haven’t signed a contract and the landlord wants you out on Friday as some of his family are coming in and have no where as to stay.

i mean my friend has signed a contract with the landlord to say he has full responsibility of the house. the tenants just pay their rent every week. no contract signed

well the landlord said he has nothing to do with whatever happens to the house its my mates full responsiblity. he signed a contract with the landlord but the tenants havent signed a contract with the landlord or my mate.

my mate has signed a contract with the landlord that the whole house is his to rent for so and so pounds. 2 tenants were interested and he gave them the room. he now wants them out he has given them 3 weeks notice they are very noisy smelly and loud. we have talked tot hem about this and things havent changed he was reminding them yesterday that they have only 2 days left before they leave. the tenants ahvent signed a contract. where does he stand on Friday?

theres a mr2 n/a for sale here going for 700 ono. very tempting to convert to ferrari rep. but i dont have the time and they normall dont look as wide and as good.

mate whats the problem. read the post properly i was being cycastic. if it is wet do you really step on the gas with a super car when there's people around you especially on a roundabout???

yesterday i was driving to gerrards cross and i saw this ferrari looks like the enzo from the back but different at the front. a indian guy was driving it it was black. i was travelling normally when he just overtook me. i was in my mums vectra and was quite shocked. anyway i tried to catch up but for some reason i coudnt :) anyway when i got to the roundabout there was abit of traffic so i was behind him again and the idiot put his foot down and i saw him spin around about 5 times and crash in to the barrier :headvswal i came out of my car and saw his car and there was hardly any damage just some scratches. anyway the roads were really wet as it was raining hard. :xxx:

i did but im not sure i think the scorpio has electric heated front seats and i always missed the zeds electric seats.

These are going quite cheap some around 500 pounds what you all think of these I think I may go for the 2.5 diesel version. Nice interior and smooth cars.
