i eat about 15 eggs a day, and about 4 yellows, the yellows are good for you if you go to the gym as they contain healthy fats, depending on you whole fat intake 2 yolks is nothing i can tell you, only frying them an unhealthy meal, dont you like oats? much lower in the g.i. level and can give you lots of energy whilst helping you to lose fat. remember fat can kill fat, just need the right ones.eat lots of salad and veg during the day, along with water. whats your whole diet like? i mean day to day?
