Mark a cut and shut done properly is how a cars held together in the first place, loads a steel panels welded :) This car has been welded by mechanics unlike 99% of other motors spot welded by robots.. I'll trust the mechanic before the robot.. You must admit it does look ROCKING.. I want one..well till I weld me smashed Zed back together :) Rant over!!!

I was sitting in the middle of the road waiting to turn right when this bloody Escort van piles into the back of me :xxx: . It's pretty bad I think .. Petrol tanks burst, bumpers had it and the nearside Exhaust is badly bent. Main worry is both of the rear subframe oil filled mounts are leaking. I drove the car up the road and it felt ok. Blokes insurance recon's they'll fix it picking it up tomorrow. I'm not going to hold my breath :(

Mates TT dumps oil onto the nearside exhaust someplace when warm. Had the car on the ramp can see nothing from below recon it's a rocker cover but just guessing ?? Ideas welcome

Most good quality 10/40 semi-synth oils do the trick change the stuff every 3K so mine comes out looking like it went in "Ask the wife if you think I'm lying" and the oils clean as well :)
