I'm trying to make the most of mine before the tax runs out the end of this month - when it does she's being tucked in for the winter

a mate of mine has a 340bhp mr2 turbo and in almost all ways its quicker than mine - until we got above 120 then i just pulled away from him - but he has spent mega bucks on it - plus its like half the weight of a Z if u spend the same amount on a Z as u would on a GTsT skyline then the Z would leave it for dead - u gotta remember the Z has like 40 - 50 bhp more in standard form

Reason im asking is i would like to try and organise a group track day - i was meant to go 2 one at a track near me on saturday but it got cancelled because of 2 many people pulling out!!!!! Was absolutely gutted!!!!! I'd like to see how many members would be up for a track day then see how much it would be to hire the track - the more people the cheaper it is for each person then !!!!! What do u guys think????

Was a good meet with a good turn out. The only dissapointment was the food but hey, nevermind! I did suggest the star (which we went to afterwards lol) Paul, gotta give you credit though that interior looks mint mate!

Basically a half cage is exactly wat it says on the tin! Instead of going right round the inside it only takes up the back half - its more practical than a full cage so more so used on the street

The one i raced which my mate has in an E36 - as i said quite good on the bends but not as quick on the straights

Fortunately i can speak 1st hand, a friend of mind has an M3 Evolution with a couple of bits and bobs on it but nothing to the suspension. Straight line he had no chance with the Z, when we got to the corners there wasnt that much in it! Yes my Z was a bit more 'Tail Happy' but with my Tein setup it made things pretty even through the bends!!! Still thrashed him coz of straight bits :tongue::tongue::tongue:

Got one on mine but it only comes on when i hit 105mph and stops as soon as it drops below that speed

Had advice from a friend and he recommends a 10 40w from Q8 which he uses in GTR's and such so give that a go! thanx anyway guys appreciate it
