tbh im not sure, but BIMTA might be able to verify the milage when it left japan if you have any original jap documentation... at this point your probably best off getting it checked over thoroughly by a specialist and then doing the maintenance on their advice.

or get nismo bushes, like me! they are made of a harder rubber than stock and the car handles great. the only problem with going silicone is that nissan dont sell these bushes on their own, you have to buy a subframe and what ever arms you will need which aint cheap. nismo bushes however can be purchased on their own from Courtesy, although Nismo subframe bushes arent available (S14 ones DO NOT fit; i made that mistake) so for the subframe you will need to go poly. I think Nismo Omori in japan have the z32 nismo subframe bushes though, but that would cost bucks. fitting nismo bushes is labour intensive too; you need a press. then we come back to polybushes, which are probably longer lasting than either but will have a slightly harsher ride, and is probably the cheapest and easiest to buy and/or have fitted.

in what year was the car manufactured? if it was over 10 years old when imported then it didnt need an SVA, just general conversions (fog light etc) and an MOT.

some people send them to germany 1st and get a TUV done with skylines, but that too is expensive. As kirbz mentioned, the r34 skyline has a model report and costs 5k for the preparation and sva test. a guy called ludders on gtr.co.uk did this. cos a 300zx its not worth it, i spoke with SVA imports who have the r34 model report and they said it would cost about 15k for preparation of the initial car which the report is to be based on. not worth it unfortunately. but does anyone know about registering one in say, poland or one of them other new EU countries?

yeah i agree, it felt darker and slightly more serious, kinda reminded me of the very last batman film. the bond character was a bit rough around the edges but obviously 007 is a great franchise and felt like it was setting the scene for the next few 007 films from which bond will evolve, which i look forward to watching. oh and that DBS looked awesome!!
