What you should have done is put "advetised elsewhere i have the right to withdraw at any time" so if ya dont get the money for it then no probs ask the last bidder to get close to advertised price "elswhere" as they are willing to go !!

I totally agree buddy what p*sses me off is that if it went to court the "good parents without care" and the bad ones would be rooted out and a fair balance put in place. If i had my way he would be with me but a soliciter has already told me i have a 1 in 500 chance of that happening!!!

When i split from my ex she wouldnt let me see my boy for 8 weeks then when i got to see him i paid her directly and asked her to sign for it so i had a record for when the csa got involved. My son would come round to me in rags every time i had him, so i would buy him new clothes that i never saw again! and new trainers basically everthing. When she decided to tell me to "stick the money up up my arse" i still offered every time i went round. The csa didnt count me having my boy from 10.00am to 7.30pm odd days because it wasnt overnight so he obviously didnt need anything ! (yeah right) And when the csa were involved because she didnt have any "beer money" this came straight from my son,s mouth they told me what i had paid her was "irrelevent" and the fact she told me to stick it was "irrelevent" they are a bunch of :xxx: it has gone on for 8 years and i have read the big childrens act from front to back!! The only clause in it is that if the relationship with your child is being severely disrupted by the involvement of the C.S.A. they will take it to court to be heard in front of a judge. This was tried by a lad and was put back several times and took 3 years!!! They should take every case back to the courts and award moneis according to circumstance and the genuine fathers/mothers who care. I have had to pay 3 times to have access to seeing my son over 8 years ALL of which there were no grounds for her to stop me seeing him. It only stopped because she was told she was wasting the courts time. Fook it i wont go on any more!!!

I wont be shocked when the first carjacking for fuel comes along, nick the car syphon the fuel and then it will burnt and dumped costing SH*TLOADS to insurance companies and enevatably US!!!!
