I think I remember you coming over and talking to me and my brother. That was my first outing in the zed after getting it off my brother think his red tt was next to mine at the time A meet sounds good mate I just need my brothers finished being fixed so work can start on mine just need to get my manual gear conversion picked up and fitted, the damage fixed and a good service then ill be already :clap: Wen i spoke to the previous owner of your zed he mentioned he had a problem starting it, has this issue been solved?

Hi Sky Im Cyberbean's brother The silver 2+2 that you saw at Royston modified would have been my old NA (previously my brothers beforehand) but since a indecent involving a Corsa it is no more :crying::crying: On the plus side though ive just brought a TT off the forum that needed a bit of work (which will be fixed with parts from my last Zed)

hi my car was recently hit from behind by a third party at the time my brother was driving using his own insurance everything has been sorted out by the insurance company's do i need to declare this on any future car insurance quotes? i was the only named driver on the policy but my brother is fully comp on his own insurance my brother was taking it to swap cars over with his in his garage with my permission to drive the car

is there a big difference between a genuine manual and a converted one?

Hi my NA Zed recently got wrote off by a Corsa and Im looking to buy myself another but a TT. Ive been looking about and i came across this on Ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171005673227?_trksid=p5197.c0.m619 My brother suggested asking on the forum to see if anyone knew anything about this car or had been to see it?

All the ones on autotrader are uk spec and mine was a import I think didnt know if it will make much difference to the value of the car?

Due to my Zed being in the process of being written off i was wondering if anyone knew a rough valuation for the vehicle or where i could find one? it was a J imported n/a model probly about 95k-96k miles Thanks

I am hoping to go up on monday and get my things out of it I originaly wanted the NA for the gearbox etc for a TT conversion but i dont think that will happen hoping to get a TT all depends on how much the insurance pays out - - - Updated - - - will try and get some pictures though

Yesterday i let my brother drive my zed for the first time to take it to his garage to swap it for his Cortina. Only to find out that while he was sat at the junction 5 mins away from his garage a :censored: corsa has slammed into the back end and wrote my car off :censored::censored: the only plus side is the corsa was in a much worse way then the zed

would changing the Oil Viscosity in the diff help at all?

hi i have recently.brought a n/a off.my.brother with the idear of saving up and buying a twin turbo and getting the n/a box etc fitted i was just curious why no one drifts them? i have had it step out a few times and it did a few doughnuts quite nicely it seems really easy just i.never see them when i go.to.drift.days with friends

sounds like a plan probly have a look next weekend see if the needel goes down at all as i use it as the light still come on when it gets low

it did have a dent in the tank that we pulled out yester day an we thought that the float was just getting stuck on the side of the tank we pulled it out using a rope some mole grips and a bmw as a anchor. the dent is pretty much gone but after we done it the tank moved up to just over the 3/4 mark with only about 20-25 worth of fuel in Report this post

i have a n/a manual that i got off my brother recently. the whole time he has had it the fuel guage has read between 1/2 and 3/4 even when it is empty (we know this as the fuel light still works) if u fill the car up past 3/4 the guage will register how much you have. Any idears? Thanks
