  1. +1 bought my 18 inch Falken tyres for my old Honda from there, got all 4 for about £280
  2. I don't think there would have been any need to disconnect the battery for any length of time - the work I had done was at Zedworld and obviously Jeff and Jamie know what they are doing... I think it could be something to do with a setting on the alarm but I don't really have any experience of doing anything with alarms so arent sure how I would go about resetting it?
  3. How much to make me a reverse panel in illuminated red? Dont need all the fancy flashing stuff though :)
  4. cool, cheers guys :)
  5. Just found it in a box in my boot, previous owner must have left it there before I bought it. Never noticed it before and not sure what it is? Any thoughts please? Ta Alex
  6. Say "Ich liebe deine lederhosen" - that'll go down well
  7. Do you regularly have raves in your car?!
  8. Before, this light was never on when the car was unlocked, but now it is on. Dont know if this is something to do with it as well?
  9. Hi chaps After bringing my car home from Zedworld and since speaking to Jeff, seems like it may be a setting to do with the Alarm... My car is a series 2, and when the engine was turned off the side mirrors automatically fold in and the doors unlock. The buttons are all in the same positions before they went to Zedworld. Now, the doors still seem to lock/unlock as before, but the mirrors dont automatically fold anymore. Also, when I start the car, the turbo timer comes on as normal and sets itself at 60 seconds, but then when the engine is turned off (regardless of how long it has been running) the turbo timer just goes straight off and does not run down. Car has a Toad alarm fitted (although I'm not 100% sure of the model). Anybody got any ideas? Is there anything I can try and test (preferably in a guide for idiots!) Cheers Alex
  10. sheeeeeet thats really not good news, hope everythings ok (well, about as ok as it can be I guess)
  11. Adrian Flux quoted me £7200 for my Zed with a £750 excess... I'm actually insured for £550 with a £250 excess with someone else...
  12. This is the sort of thing I was on about that it reminds me of: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_R90C
  13. holy sh1t... reminds me of some of the prototype cars on Gran Turismo...
  14. thats the best cake ever!
  15. bodywork looks poor but could make a decent project for someone... agreed, £2500 seems over the odds
  16. have a good one :thumbup1:
  17. god help anyone if I was sick in theirs
  18. I've just been sick in my own mouth
  19. I pay about £950 for both my daily (2003 Renault Laguna 1.9 diesel, standard other than a double DIN sat nav and rear parking sensors, 10,000 per year) and my Zed (1993 TT import, 2,000 miles per year, all mods declared). And I'm only 23, with 5 years no claims! The benefits of an Admiral multi car policy :)
  20. + 1 the engine and interior look pretty decent, I quite like the wheels as well...
  21. I was wondering the same thing actually, my Zed is a 93 K plate but was imported in 2001 and V5 says 2001 as date of first registration as well... Does that mean I can get personalised plates up to a K plate, or up to a 51 plate?
