I ask this.......................... Why cant this country adopt a similar idea as the french. You are in a 60 MPH zone and as you enter a slower zone they slow you down with signs each getting lower as the speed limit changes? I spose they wouldn't make any money then though.

Got done by a really naughty spped trap. And before anyone says they aint speed traps this bugger is deffo. You got a left then right hand bend on a 60 MPH road and as you round the right bend you are presented with a 30 MPH sign on the apex of a sharp left hand bend so you slow down and as you round the left hand bend there is an almighty flash in your face and I got done 43 in a 30. literally all within 200 mtrs. and they say they aint speed traps? no way is this a saftey issue. If it was the signs would be further back and the camera less hidden. OK sour grapes and all that but its a sneaky b'strd. It is near Westoning/Flitwick. So be careful out there. I am absolutely sick as I am normally quite careful with my speed. :mad: I have made up a map to show the trap...........................

I am one of the luckier one's. I have an imported TT with only 56.000 KHM's on the clock. I have had no serious problems....YET! and I also have no trouble beating a STi impreza's. I would say though. If you are going to get a 300 then make sure you drive one first? They (as you will imagine) are nothing in this world like the Subaru. Even the best 300ZX could leave you skint mate. BUT! they are a great car to own. But by the way people come onto this site and within a few weeks/months sell up. I think you can safelty say that the stayers are the enthusiasts. Vini

I dont know if this has been discussed before but we seem to have built quite a decent number of members now (1000 just being achieved lately) has anyone ever worked out what is the most or least populated area/region? It would be nice to know. Does each regional mod' know how many he/she has on their books? ;)

I shook hands on the deal and was due to go and pick my 300 up the next week. It was being serviced and the Belt was being renewed. During that week I did some research and found this site. I joined up and the week after I got the car I paid up. I cant understand anyone who ventures into something that dont at least look up about the car they are buying or have bought. Ok some dont have the net but most know someone that has?

They said on the news tonight that its because some bloke was tracked by a helicopter doing 110 MPH on his bike. He got nicked and now they want to limit bikes????? I sleep at 110 MPH. :rofl: anything to get more money out of us?

I have got a GSF650 K6 now mate. I couldn't get on with the GSXR. a fantastic little bike but a bit too low on the bars for me. But I got the 650 Bandit brand new last OCT to commuteon and its a fine little machine. Not very fast but comfortable and it handles well. Its got ABS too... :D See the sig pic below.

Dead Bug removal from rads and air intake. Clean headlamps. Change horns. WD40 up and under the inside of the front wings etc.... is what I did. :D

Ok Andy thats been paid. I asked them to reference it from viniboy membership renewal. Miseralble cow was well annoyed to have to do that? Anyway its come from the Bedford Branch of Lloyds TSB as It was going to cost to pay it from my own Natwest account. Any probs let me know mate. ;)
