Does anyone know what the wheel stud thread size is please?

Good if you dont mind what the colour of the letters are. Otherwise exactly the same process?

OK. you need to remove it and clean it with something that will not leave a residue. plasticote do a good range of colours. use their plastic primer first. now if you want the letters a different colour you will need to carefully mask them after painting them the required colour. once you have done the masking you then apply the overal colour. slowly applying just one coat at a time and letting each dry before the next. finally after you have finished and carefully removed the masking tape spray the whole thing with plasticote clear which you can get in satin or gloss. job done. IMO. You cant get better than a good ol' UJM. Sorry but the only Italian bike I like is the RSV1000R. Even then I would prefer a Jap. :D

As you can imagine I am well pleased. I was also looking at a 'T' reg'd ZZR1100 in black too but prefered the YZF1000 as an all rounder.

I have to say that the Skyline R33 GTS25t is a much more fun and comfortable car to drive then the 300ZX TT. Although there are a few factors to take into consideration here. My Skyline is manual and the 300ZX is auto. That said I also have a Stagea that is auto and that is nicer to drive than the 300ZX. Looks wise as a standard car they both have draw backs but the 300 has much more presence and IMO is better looking. The skyline is a much more reliable car (from what I have heard and not experianced as both of mine are very good runners) Thats mainly the reason I have so many coz I cant bare to part with any of them YET! But its kind of like comparing and egg sandwich with a bacon sandwich. They are both very different cars. From the 3 cars I have the Stagea is IMO the best. It has everything comfort, performance, handling and good looks.

I have been thinking again..............:rofl: So decided to grab a bargain at the right time for the coming summer........ I wouldn't like to think that I had taken advantage of someone who was suffering the credit crunch so asked him and he said no. He set a price and I bought it for that price. So my concience is clear :) I paid £1500 T&T 26.000 miles and it is in very good condition throughout although it needs a clean from riding it home from 50 miles away.

I had all the keys off and dried it out then left it for almost 2 weeks do it isnt a problem stripping it down. I have a tin of air for general cleaning of computers and electrical stuff. 2 weeks ago i spilt a small but significant drop of red bull on my laptop. It works OK apart from the keys. They do funny things and stick. can I use an external keyboard on it to bypass the on board one? many thanks vini

I have just got a 4 camera security system and am going to install it tomorrow would be out there now but got to go to work soon.

I aint bragging or being big headed but you should see how mine is coming along............:cool: No piccies yet though coz its in the process. I have a carbon effct vinyl roof carbon bonnett a carbon boot and GTR spoiler with carbon blade. The interior is being carboned and I have a wide ar5e kit ready to fit. I am going to fabricate a twin exit exhaust with ovalout lets and then paint it silver with blue flake and a clear pearl on top. I aint neglecting the 300 as I have more or less gone as far as I want to with it for now. But I have been thinking about putting the engine in the skyline from the 300zx and some other goodies and turn both cars into one big muscle car? :D:mac1::smash::cool:

Thank you Pete :bow: The Police have apparently been to the garage and asked for video evidence so it might turn out that because threy couldnt get the zed or soarer they might have struck elsewhere nearby??? I am the lucky one (if you could say that?) but the soarer door is destroyed and will need replacing as they must have jumped up and down on the tool they used. It really is a mess. what is unususal is that he's £300 pioneer stereo was in the dash with the face on it and they didnt touch it, the stereo in the 300 was ripped out of the dash along with the centre bit but that wasnt secured so it isnt broken but the stereo is wrecked but I have lots of stereo's in the house :D and my alarm????? The battery must have been dead for some reason as its a toad cat 1 alarm and would normally go off if the car is slightly bumped. Lucky enough the skyline has a clifford alram, Hefty steering lock and if you approach the car it blurts at you. So it wasnt touched. I will (if allowed by the rules) post the reg number if we ever get it?

Yes its happened. As you can imagine I am rather pissed off. Monday afternoon my mate saw a silver BMW reversing up the access road to the back of our houses (no through road) with 2 eastern euopeans in it he confronted them and asked what they wanted. They replied "we want to buy a car from here" He told them that there were no cars for sale and they went. At 23.15 I left for work and as I passed my mates Soarer I noticed that the passenger door had been forced open at the handle and it was ajar. I knocked he's door and we discovered that the car had been broken into. I promptly went back around the rear of the houses to inspect my cars. The skyline and others were not touched but the 300ZX had been broken into by the same method forcing the door handle and braking it in half and the ignition had been completely broken off. Nothing had been taken from either car so we assume they just wanted to nick the cars? My mates daughter went to the local petrol garage with her boy friend later that night and asked the bloke there if he had seen anything suspicious and he said that there were 4 eastern europeans in a silver BMW in about an hour ago which would have been around the time or just after I left for work. It dosent matter where they are from or who they are the fact that the BMW earlier that afternoon and the one in the garage later seem to be a rather close match in an area out in the sticks? They are ****ers:xxx: I cant understand how they got into my 300zx what with the cat 1 alarm system and all not going off? the only explanation is that the battery was dead but it wasnt last time I checked on Saturday? Still the damage is done and all the residents are now on "Red Alert" and everyone is worried. The police TBH dont give a shite and the scientific investigation officer that turned up yesterday said there is no chance of dabs as the cars were too damp? ANYWAY. Has anyone got an ignitiion and key and a drivers door lock for sale please? Thanks vini

I aint sure but you could always get the tablets that you put into distilled/de-ironised water they give an old battery a new lease of life..........apparently?
